This page explains what data is collected when you use tiagot3.com and what it is used for. No unnecessary legalese: just the essentials, said clearly.

What data we collect

• Contact form/questionnaire: name, email, phone number and the answers you give about your goal, training and nutrition.
• Measurement tools: we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), which record visits and interactions through cookies, in aggregate form.

What it is used for

• To contact you about the coaching you asked for and assess whether we can help you.
• To send emails with related content and information (you can unsubscribe in any email).
• To measure and improve the site and the ads. For clients, we may report to Meta, in encrypted form, that a purchase happened, to improve ad relevance.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data to anyone. It is only used by the tools needed to run the service (hosting, email, Google, Meta, Stripe for payments), each with its own data protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

For as long as there is a relationship with you or interest on your side. If you want your data deleted, just ask.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time. Write to info@tiagot3.com and we will take care of it.
